Restart Smarter a NJ Nonprofit Corporation ("we," "us," or "our"), was incorporated as a non-profit corporation in the State of New Jersey on July 31, 2025.
August 21, 2025, we received a determination from the Internal Revenue Service that we are a public charity, and that contributions to Restart Smarter a NJ Nonprofit Corporation are tax-deductible for donors, as provided under Sections 501(c)(3) and Section 170 of the Internal Revenue Code. We are also qualified to receive tax deductible bequests, devises, transfers or gifts under Section 2055, 2106, or 2522. This determination applies as of our formation date of July 31, 2025.
